I’m proud to let you all in on a little secret today. I’m part of the Fall 2012 Ribbon Carousel Crew. It’s such an honor!! The team was announced on the Ribbon Carousel blog yesterday.
And we’re kicking things off immediately today. Welcome to first official challenge of the new term! This month’s theme is HALLOWEEN SPIRIT! Here’s my card:
Halloween is not celebrated here in Belgium and so I don’t have a lot of Halloween themed supplies in my stash. Luckily I found this cute kitty, that was send to me by a sweet friend. I covered it in black ink and then added a layer of black glitter onto it. The black baker’s twine from Divine Twine is the perfect finishing touch for my card.
The sentiment is stamped with a few myStamp BOX stamps. The boo is made with the Friday Night Stencil set, the ‘it’s halloween’ is from the All Year Round set. All of it is stamped in black pigment ink for that rich dark black.
